Yeeeeah, ok. The fact that Lars wasn't surprised that the album was pirated and was feeling good that it was pirated "ten days before release and it just now 'fell off the truck', that's pretty good" (not exact but pretty close quote)...I don't think they give a shit anymore. If anything, that's their label not allowing that to happen. Or maybe it's them, I don't give a damn because Rock Band is basically Dance Dance Revolution for fat kids.
Honestly, judging by how they've been behaving, they're over the whole piracy and mp3 thing. They're old, man. The napster debate is over and done with and we've entered a new era. Let past idiocy lie and enjoy the new music.
