If you want to be healthy you need to read every single health label before you buy it. Even whole grain bread has high fructose corn syrup (bad) in it sometimes.
Lots of companies nowadays are calling their items "Natural" ,"Sport","health", etc. They bullshit their way onto your shelves at home hoping that you don't read the labels and that your like most Americans out there who either don't care about their diet or aren't educated enough to make good decisions.
MSG is bad for you and it is in most junk foods and also I find it in Chinese almost every time without fail.
