bottom line is this:
The guy broke the law.
Just like Bill Clinton lying under oath.
Just like Scooter Libby lying under oath.
Noone is held above the law. In fact our politicians need to be held to higher standards than the common citizen. If they fail us, then what do we have.
And to answer Stretch's rebuttal to this, yes put Bush on the stand, put Cheney on the stand, put the CIA analysts who got the intel wrong. If we find out that they lied and did so under oath, throw the book at them.

Well most Americans don't give a fuck about politicians sex lives, including myself. We're not all prudish, that's mostly politically correct, over substantiated egotistical people who's lives revolve around forum politics.

You supposedly support Obama, but if he is truly honest in running the type of campaign he seems to be running, why the fuck would he want some 'smear artist' such as you supporting him beyond just giving him your vote?
