I just bought a new house, plan on putting a 50 inch and a 60 inch flat screen in.
Does anyone know a comparison site showing like tv's with prices. Or any input on spots to get the best deal on tvs.
I have heard Costco from a lot of people, but you LoDers usually have techie goons that know wtf is up.
Thanks in advance. Also I know pre Super Bowl prices are inflated.

i just bought a recertified tv from bajangles.com. I got a 50 inch 1080p DLP Samsung. It works great and I got a 2 year on site service for 200 less than a best buy tv w/o the warranty. Plus assassins creed looks fucking amazing with 1080p hd

I would try Costco boy, I bought a 60' Vizio for $2100.00. The picture is awesome in HD. Was 6 months ago, might be even cheaper now.

To all you virgins, thanks for nothing.

Ya Roby I've thought about those, however I think they only come in 720 dont they? You are right about the price I saw them for 1,999.
I've seen vizio's in action before, they produce a good pic.

1080p means that it has 1080 lines of vertical resolution. So 1366x768 is not 1080p. 1080p gives a resolution of 1920x1080.
A 60" 1080p plasma is gonna run no less than about 4 grand.
