Unfortunately, nobody who plays UO free servers would have (.5sec * SpellDelay), they just bitch that its too slow and that it kills group pvp and blahblahkajhdf. Its been tried on just about every respectable t2a free server since.
UOGaymers fixed their server as far as the MA checking goes, as what "Bob" was talking about below. But you still get those guys who spam harm and rely on weapon hits. Those kids get all festered up once you interrupt their harm with a debuff, then land a gheal through their harm spam. After that, they have no fucking idea what to do.
