The funny part here is let's say Al Qaeda did just attack us by setting forest fires... didn't Bush just fail to protect the country again? Oops, Fox just gave another reason to impeach Bush.
I guess Clinton failed to protect us then too and he should be impeached as well. Since the 9/11 attacks were in planning for close to a decade and 9/11 happened only 1 year into Bush's term, so by definition of prevention, Clinton failed us too by not stopping the threat in the previous 8 year tenure, right? He should be impeached too right? Then when a Democrat gets elected in 2008, and we get attacked, that president should be impeached too right? Tunnel vision for the win, keep looking down when you walk.
