For anyone that didn't hear the news, mediadefender inc., a company that tries to stop trading of copyrighted material over bittorrent, had sensitive emails and phone conversations posted online (website and for via bittorrent). Supposedly, someone was able to hack an employees gmail account. This employee forwarded all company email to this gmail account. Oops!
