what pisses me off about it all is she was sentenced to 48 days in jail and before going had it reduced to 23 "for good behavior"
wtf? good behavior before even going in? bullshit. Then she gets a month to get her stuff in order? Average Joe would have been hauled away by a bailiff the second the sentence was handed out.
now shes out after serving less than 3 days. She wasn't even with the general population of inmates.
Actually it's fairly common to be given time to get things in order. The question is really this : what are the chances the person will not show up to jail?
As for the good time, every single person that goes into jail has that auto-calculated, but it can be lost if you are disciplined in jail.
Trust me, this Judge does not like Paris and would not have given her anything he wouldn't have handed a regular joe. IMO this Judge is actually very very fair. It's nice to see one...
