(Los Angeles, CA) -- Paris Hilton will be back in a Los Angeles courtroom today for a hearing dealing with her sentence for violating probation. TMZ.com says LA City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo filed paperwork demanding a hearing to determine why Hilton's jail sentence was cut short. Hilton was "reassigned" to house arrest early yesterday due to what officials described as a medical problem. Hilton's sentence had gone back up to 45-days as part of the house arrest deal. The judge in the case could send Hilton right back to her jail cell at a women's correctional facility in Lynwood. She only served five-days.
