Whoever wrote that email twisted words and context to make it more direct and inflammatory. The interview with Costello is brilliant in my opinion and didnt need this chain email to make its impact more dramatic. That last 2-3 paragraphs of the email certainly show how; and I hate to use this word, "FANATICAL" the author is.
