There is a huge difference between the IRA and the Islamic fundamentalist movement though. I dont know a whole lot about the IRA cause it was before my time, but I'm pretty sure their goal wasn't to make a 1 world 13th century islamic law government, kill all christians and jews and take away all progress the world has made over the last 800 years. I understand if you want to be sympothetic the underdog, but keep in mind people like hamas are the enemy always have been always will be.
