I don't think trespassing will hold up for the majority of the people.
That picture of the sign was recently placed up there by the police dept because of complaints phoned in to their office and emailed to their representatives.
The students have to knowingly trespass. The sign has to be clearly visible. The field is normally open to public also. It was just temp. closed to keep out the stoners.
If anyone has seen pictures of the event, there were THOUSANDS of people there. When I saw the pictures of the event. I didn't see any barricades or signs or anything that would hold up for trespassing.
How come only the students whose pictures are displayed are going to be charged? What about the other 4000 people? Somebody playing favorites with the law because they didn't have handrolled tobacco in their mouths?
This is just one big attempt at wasting taxpayers money, and I feel bad for anyone that gets suckered in to being charged with a crime and having to pay a fine\lose their scholarship.
