Get over the double standard? You have blacks complaining about racism while they practice it themselves. Any black person who is "significantly disadvantaged" has no one to blame but themselves. They have every opportunity if not more then white people, thanks to affirmative action.
Because some of them were oppressed slaves over 400 years ago, they can't function in today's normal society?
