Since everybody is tired of everybody using same old spec groups the devs decided to make a server with lore factions hard coded in. So when you fight a temple guild you dont see 1 dwarf heal priest, 1 cent stun priest, 1 aelf blade master warrior, 1 human rogue/bard, 1 out of group buff bot, 1 scout, and 4 mino barbs every where. You can only buff, heal, and group with your own guild type. Should add a bit more variety to the game. Guild charters have been reworked quite a bit to try and make them balanced. Pretty much every major guild left with a presence in SB is moving to the lore server. KGB (Evolved into the new zerg with alliances to some Asian guilds), For the Win! (Remnants of Scorned-Death), most of the small test PK guilds, the Mourning RP guilds, etc. Plus lot of old guilds coming back like Virakar (Those of us that cant stand WoW), Lucid Vision, Winter Blades, and CoS.
Test server has 600+ in prime time. Live server will probably have over 1000+ (until carebear zerg and the RPK guilds drive KGB off then it will be lower.).
