know they were testing it on dogs now. I didn't realize that they drained the blood for it, but it sounds promising. It's crazy if you drown in really cold water they have been able to revive people after over an hour and a half because it slows your body down so much that you are suspended. Its kind of like what frogs do in the winter.

I guess that low temperature would have something to do with what they tried

It would make sense if they can bring the temperature down to 7C that they could revive the dog after a longer period of time like you said

Although the animals are clinically dead, their tissues and organs are perfectly preserved.
Sounds like the freezing has something to do with the non-brain damage.
