Hey guys. Long time, no see. Not since Death in LoD.
Heard you were starting Guild Wars, and I posted awhile back talking about it in these forums. Saw the guild in the ladder, pretty cool.
I've got a level twenty ascend Ranger, I'm currently working on a level seventeen E/N and I've had both a level fifteen N/E, and a level ten W/Me.
I've got little fame, mostly because there's little point in trying to ever organize a tombs group out of random people using Vent. I play mostly a Monk-Eater build based on killing monks and elementalists.
This build is focused around W/Mo. It uses an axe, and smite. Skill line-up is built to cause as much damage as possible, and not let the enemy escape. Using Sprint + Bull's Strike to stop them. I run a constant enchantment on it that adds seven holy damage to every hit I land, giving me even more damage.
Besides that, I'm working on becoming a Healer/Warder Elementalist. I've already gotten most of the wards, so all I'd have to learn is how to play as one more effectively. I already have nearly all of the useful Monk skills, and I have nearly all Ranger skills.
Either way, I'm seriously into PvP, and it's basically the only reason I play games anymore. What makes Guild Wars good, is the ladder. I can call targets easily, and have a lot of experience playing as a warrior, which normally helps me get into groups, although now the only thing that matters is Fame, I really don't try anymore. It's useless.
Leave your Guild Wars name if you want to hook up ever in a Tombs fight or simply to do cinematics or anything else.
