you ass clown, we had this conversation before. Air soft sounds neato but how the fuck you know when you get hit and whats to prevent somone from saying He never hit me! I dont see any Pro-airsoft tourneys or any sponcered air-soft teams touring the world playing their sport. 200 men playing aint SHIT try 4,000 people Biggest anual paintball tounrey EVAR! Oklahoma D-Day. Paintball lfields in Oregon average 75 per weekend walk-on.

that does look a little fun. ... problem is, that video made it look crazy and random, like 40 people playing fy_iceworld. skill is a non factor when luck plays in that much. -G

We don't want asshats like you playing airsoft. The whole point of airsoft isn't to have huge rallies and rubber balloon arenas. Airsoft was an underground sport for experts who want as much realism as possible. It was affordable and airsoft war games were some of the most fun events I have ever had in my life. I haven't played airsoft in a long time, used to be into it 4 years ago when you fuckers didn't even know it existed. It was better then.

It's on an honor system when you get hit, and if someone doesn't tap out you unload rounds on them. I hit this guy and he didn't tap out so I pumped another 30-40 rounds into his face mask, and then he realized he was out. Honestly paint ball is like cartoons, big balloon arenas and a bunch of guns that look like they came from a comic book, no thanks, I"ll take Air Soft and it's realism over cartoons and super hero concepts.

Not to mention when you play with airsoft phenatics you feel the sting of airsoft BB's more than frozen paintballs on a cold winter scrimmage. Sniped from 20' in the back of the neck left a mark for 2 weeks. That was like 7 years ago that happened and I can still feel it.

Paintballs definatly hurt more, but that's not exactly a good thing. You play to have fun not to endure pain. If you compare airsoft to tournament paintball I would give it to airsoft hands down. But if you put both on the same field (I.E. Not a inflatable pylon obstacle couarse.) than I would say it's just matter of prefrence. Both games are going to get your adrenalin pumping and take equal skill and tactics. If I could play any game I would take a pump action paintball game over anything. The games were alot more fun back in the day when you had to move into position and make your shots count instead of wailing on the trigger with the spray and prey tactics that has become so popular in the past few years. The newer fully auto, and burst fire guns have kinda ruined the game, there used to be so much more movement involved in the games when you had to pump yer gun like a shotty to fire a round. Now you just get pinned behined a barrel with someone willing to fire off $100 in ammo just to get you out. But I really don't think this is even an argument, both games are alot of fun.
To all you virgins, thanks for nothing.

Yeah...When I was in high school, we would play every Sunday and we never set foot inside an arena. I grew up in a rural oil-bust town in east Texas so there were ready available environments in the form of abandoned oil refineries, derrick fields, and a bunch of other neat shit. Had some great games that would last all day at the refinery. One time my team wiped out the entire other team except for one guy and it tooks us about nine hours to get him as he slowly picked us off. And the only reason we got him was because he fell through the office floor about ten feet to the ground and broke his ankle.
