Just wondering what your purpose of posting this rumor is?
If it is to damage a business, then you may want to stop and think about what may come of it, for the business, and for you (loss of revenue due to rumor mongoring) and liability.
IE: if you ever tried to undermine any of my businesses in such a manner, I would take you to task. Regardless of the outcome, your lawyer would ensure you felt the pain <img src="/~stretch/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
