Asus A8V-Deluxe Socket 939, dual channel memory capability, and 1gig hyper transport FSB.(socket 939 is definitely the way to go, it's the future of AMD 64)
1 Gig of Corsair XMS high speed memory, 3200 dual channel.
1 80 gig Raptor SATA 10,000 RPM Hard Drive
Regular DVD-Read, CD-R CD-RW burner combo drive.
Geforce 6800 GT w/256 ddr 3 memory.
Audigy 2 ZS.
Cooler Master Centurion Case with 350 watt power supply.
All of this cost me 1500.00, I bought all my parts through newegg, and everything arrived in 2 days and everything worked flawlessly.

I'd say drop 1 GB of ram, you'll probably never use even a gig no matter what you're doing. I'd say take the extra 100.00 and put it towards a better video card.
I'd consider getting one HD, just bigger probably cheaper.
I personally went with all high quality parts, you get what you pay for, but for the most part, your system looks good, for 1200.00. You'll probably end up upgrading your video card before anything else. Since your mobo is socket 939, you'll be able to upgrade your Proc, so your system can last a long time, depending on when you want to jump to PCI Express and DDR2 when it's more main stream.
