At least mormons stick to certain regions like Utah and in the center of US. What really sucked about mormon laws was when I was in college in Colorado you couldn't buy beer over 5% on Sundays so they would sell beer that was like 3.4%. I remember I drank like 16 and was barely buzzed on a Sunday.
