mine has problems with recognizing i have popped it in to charger...pretty annoying, been happening since day 1, but i didn't want to return it, hehe. 1-2 years later it's still working fine.
Yeah I had that too, so I bought another one, used the new charger, and swap out both mice using the one charger. When one starts blinking, I grab the one that's been sitting in the charger, and put the dead one in it.
