umm not sure about that because at times hes speedometer said like 200 but he wasnt passing the cars in front of him. And WTF does he not know how to shift that damn rice rocket.

u can tell by the license plates that it's in europe and if you do the math with his highest speed around 200 and convert it to mph he's only doing around 125mph

Thats not mph that you saw in the speedometer, that was kmph.
Easiest way to convert Kmph to Mph is to just multiply by 0.66. Its not totally accurate, but it gives you a decent idea of the speed.
