if you were to take into effect every Israel citizen is trained in the army, just WHO is a non-combatant at which part of their life. That stated, the Israeli goverment has tanks and jets and high tech weaponary. So yeah, lets throw stones at tanks to make a point? I hate the bombers, but given that is really the only effective attack the palestinians have they use it.
