You're the only self described "conservative" here who has said anything about the difference between those that "can help themselves but won't" and those that "are unable due to circumstances".
The statement was not directed towards you, as you are able to make that kind of differentiation. You've shown a "liberal" view there on one or more areas (quick run!!!!! Jobu has some Liberal in him!!! He may even be against slavery!!!! OH NO!!!!).
