However, you could significantly reduce your chances of getting them pregnant if you do pull out, but there are still those occassional; what they call: "Love drips." Which come out occassionally during stimulation, during sex.
I believe if you call planned parenthood they have some information on a new Birth control drug, which can stop the birth from occuring at an early stage.
