Reasons for going to kosovo were to rpeserve what peace there could be an dadmin thought it would be another starter blast like in WW1 with the assasination of archduke ferdinand from the austro-hungarian empire. The balkans see themselves with the russians as ethnic brothers and the last thing we needed was a conflict to get out of control there.
Somalia could be argued different routes. Pure and simple we wanted a military base there on the horn so we would dominate the persian gulf with ease (and I see nothing wrong with that). We were protecting American interests.

READ THIS BITCH , Oh and the stuff below WORM !!!!
You went into Iraq to stop them from giving weapons of WMD to terrorists so the US stated, and to stop the evil sadam from attacking you, not to save the sunnis and the kurds from a dictator. Revisionist history normally takes like years , but in this case its months with you.

USA CENSORSED IRAQ REPORT
According to the German Press Agency DPA, the Iraq weapons dossier report (from which
the above information came), was reduced from a 12,000 page report to only 3,000 pages.
Non-permanent members of the UN Security Council received only a truncated version of the weapons dossier.
Data concerning foreign suppliers of Iraq are missing.
All information about the supplies from - and the support of - foreign companies, research labs
and governments from the mid-1970's on, related to Iraqi arms programs, have been deleted.
The permanent Council members, the USA, Russia, China, France and Great Britain are aware of this censorship.
From information gathered from UN diplomats censorship was agreed on primarily upon the urging of the US.
Among the constant members of the Security Council it was the USA that stood out by giving the strongest support
to Saddam Hussain's regime by arming it with the means of mass destruction.
The report makes clear how strongly the Reagan and the first Bush administrations
supported the arming of Iraq, from 1980 up to the Gulf conflict of 1990-91.
Guess who authorized all this? DONALD RUMSFELD

Amen. Shouldnt be news to anyone...but...uh...All politicians lie or work around the truth. Always have. Sure I think the WMD item was built up to give good wholesome reasons to act on a predicated plan. Who cares...all that matters in world affairs is was it a good idea...or a bad one. The winners write the histories anyway. Iraq 1 good idea...i was there, Saddam should have been removed then. Iraq2 BAD idea...horrible waste of money, We are not even LOOTING....which im dissapointed. In the end, we didnt lessen any Terrorist threats to us, Iraq was in no way going to attack America. So the only upside is we removed 1 faggoty Despot. Guess what...there are a dozen others...removing them isnt worth the cost in $ or human lives.
On a personal note, I think they should have spent those billions on something worthwhile here at home. Free Breast Implants, Tax incentives to keep a mistress and 1 free midgit slave for every home.
