I posted it in another thread a few weeks back, but I highly doubt much people seen it there... I'm posting it mostly for those people who never had the chance to see it.
These people were accused of minor offensives in Iraq. Then was subjected to these punishments. These punishments are widely used in the arab world, but not on a wide scale as Saddam used them. Two thirds of the people in Iraq weren't guilty of the crimes they were accused of. This video doesn't account for the millions of people who recieved the same or even worse treatment, but it does give you an idea...
