Not eating anything at all not only cause your body to go through starvation mode, but it will cause your body to feed off your muscle mass, as well as your organs. It's very un-healthy, and can cause a severe drop in your electrolytes as well.
You must at least eat once a day, or eat 3 times a day in simple portions.
