1. eat organic fruits, and veggies, drink lots of juice, and water.
2. eat foods extremely high in fiber, take in calcium supplements in replacement for milk, since milk sucks in so many obvious ways.
3. Take herbal supplements rather than the junk they throw into vitamins, like One-a-Day Brand.
4. Excercise at your own pace, windsor pilates is a very popular routine. Do this for at least twice a day 30 mins at a time, and you'll lose a lot of weight.
5. Eat less then you are used to, but don't eat more. Look out for saturated fats, surgars, and processed foods.
