I don't count carb, calories, sugars, fats or any of that shit. What the fuck is a carb? I thought it bolted onto an engine and mixed air-gas to run it. Bolts onto an intake manifold, carbs are good or your car/bike doesn't run.
I eat as I need it. Usually I eat one meal every 2 to 3 days when not doing anything physical.
When bearing down and doing lots of physical I eat more, up to 5 meals a day if I'm really doing a load of stuff ( ie: I had ~4 tons of concrete delivered in 90 pound bags, I then mixed and poured 2 slabs by hand, in one day. That made me hungry). 8000 pounds of concrete dry = ~16000 pounds wet, 8 tons. Wheelbarrow, garden hose & shovel. Carried 8 tons of concrete around to back of house by hand, then mixed, poured. Long day.
I eat food when I need it, if I don't, I don't eat. Simple. I drink, I smoke and I drive fast.
Eat what food ya need, and don't eat due to a routine.
Do what you can do physically, ie: I could have ordered a concrete truck and a pump. Fuck that, gimme the pain & exercise.
