Im a scrawny ass fucker and eating is a chore for me. It kinda sucks because I want to put on about 30lbs of lean tissue, but it just ain't working. Meh, I will just leave my body alone and just keep my routine.
Anyone else found that when they work out more, when you try and eat shitty foods like fast food you feel sick?

I like the elliptical, swimming, or bike riding for cardio. Even tho I jog 3x more then doing any of the above.

gaining weight is a bitch, 30 lbs of ean muscle realistically could take 8-12 months. no joke. gym rats aren't born over night, just stick with it and randomly more than routinely you'll notice improvements.
I just bounced back from a weight lifting injury that happened during my junior year at college, i separated the sternum from the manubrium, gradually not in one lift, but was from doing dips incorrectly probably, I weighed in at a cool 231, yoked out and had a breathable six pack, now i am 6'3" 205 lbs just getting back to finally being able to lift (since early april 04')
After lifting for that long, I am finally able to see some gains in my lifting, that, and I don't do dips anymore .
But i fgure around december I'll be at the weight I'm happy with.

treadmills are lame. If he is going to run he needs to just go out and do it.
