I was a wrestler in highschool and i did some college wrestling as well as coach wrestling for 2 years and one thing you learn when involved in wrestling is diet.
Understanding what is good for your body without harming it is the trick.  Volcom is right, only run 3-4 times a week.  Running on the street causes a lot of stress on the knees, try to run on a  tredmill.  If you work out with weights try to eat protien within 20 minutes proceeding your workout.  
Stay away from the twinkies, ho hos, cupcakes and fast food restaraunts.  I notice when your always on the run, its easy to hit up these fastfood, thatll make u look like hoe hoe.
