Been going 3 times week to gym, I start with 20-30 mins light jog and then do the circuit [ its some kinda Hammer Stregth weight set , like free weights but machines ].
Cut pop out almost completely. I wont cut out beer. I rarely eat crap food [ IE fast , but I did today <img src="/~stretch/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> ... ] I'll use this info for sure .
I also drink tonnes of water at work, all I do. I will take some of this and see what happens at the end of month.
