cutting out soda will drop 1 pound a week, cutting cheese from your sandwiches will too. you just need to be patient with your body's chanigng metabolism. it doesn't happen overnight.

Rule 1, lay off the carbs. 1 can of Mt Dew has something like 36 grams in it, thats nearly 10% of your daily allowence. rule 2: Dont eat 3 hours before going to sleep. if you do, you will just put that weight on as fat. rule 3: exercise. Rule 3 is most important. If you dont burn more energy then you consume you put it on as fat. rule 4: eat many small meals instead of one big one. If you eat 3 or 4 small meals you will stay fuller during the day, your stomach will shrink making less food fill you up as well. If you eat one big meal, over time you start to over do it and that will make you get fat. I am not a expert at this but these steps helped me go from 240lbs to 175ish in 3 months. That was in 1995. I am still about 175 to this day. I can eat pretty much anything I want because I got my body into burning tons of energy. Now if only I could stop masturbation and smoking.

yea, once you achieve the "eating is a chore not for fun" mentality you're home free.

Take that fuqin snickers out of your mouth. hehe Arioch and Volcom are exactly right. I was a wrestler in highschool and i did some college wrestling as well as coach wrestling for 2 years and one thing you learn when involved in wrestling is diet. Understanding what is good for your body without harming it is the trick. Volcom is right, only run 3-4 times a week. Running on the street causes a lot of stress on the knees, try to run on a tredmill. If you work out with weights try to eat protien within 20 minutes proceeding your workout. Stay away from the twinkies, ho hos, cupcakes and fast food restaraunts. I notice when your always on the run, its easy to hit up these fastfood, thatll make u look like hoe hoe.

Even treadmills are bad. Any type of cardio that has constant pounding on any part of the body has a downside to it. Try the glyde running shit. They are called ulypticals. They give you a much better overall workout in terms of fat burning than running does. But the length of running/endurance gains u get from actually running are much better.
