No fast food ( I rarely eat the shit, if at all).
Exercise, walk if you can't jog, then jog till you can run, then work your way up to running.
Went to the store or mall? Park on the other side of the parking lot and walk.
Live in a highrise? Walk the stairs, not elevator. First down, then as ya feel better walk up em. Then when ya feel much better jog up em.
Lose the soda, drink water. Need caffiene? Drink coffee, expresso.
Basically improve your diet, get exercise, fuck soda pop.
I'm probably at least twice your age, and I'm in great shape, and I smoke and drink. I work with the #3 rated BMX rider nationwide, he's over 40 yrs old. Also work with a guy who's over 40 who plays competative hockey 3 to 5 nights a week. I can outski any motherfucker on the face of the earth (used to compete), I love seeing active duty marines and peeps I go skiing with all winded and shit and going "how the fuck do you do this?". Makes me feel good.
No need to go crazy like them, but just find ways, small ways at first to challenge yourself, and lose the sodas and shit food.
