run in the morning and after work. 20-30 minutes each time, doesnt have to be hard core pace.
If you want to lose weight even faster quit drinking alcohol, seriously. The running will take about a month to kick in and then you'll notice the fat falling off. This is how I get cut up. Also run 3-4 days out of the week, anymore and you'll fuck up your legs.
As for food I amable to eat 6-7 meals a day, each around 500 calories, which could be 2 cans of tuna, and 2 slices of bread (whole wheat) or a meal replacement shake, to 4 oz. of chicken (size of a closed fist).
I don't follow diets, It just takes both exercise and eating healthy.
