Also Rainman/Bloodrage this wasn't a "work environment" so if they get within arms length, I'd consider it a go. Also, I wouldn't fight fair. Nutshots, kicking knees out of alignment, dislocating joints, etc is all legal in my book.

And yes I bounce from time to time also. Usually I just try to separate fights and walk one of them outside and keep the others inside. Only time I almost got in a fight was when some trailer trash decided he'd start a fight then hit his GF because she just wanted to leave and keep him out of trouble. I helped her up and he took a swing at me for touching her. Ralphie (our 350lb crazed pitbull of a bouncer) proceeded pick him up and slam him facedown into a snowbank, then kidney punch him for about 30 secs.
