I never have thrown one at a car thats why im asking. I did other dumb shit in college like duct tape the street with a zipper design to make it sound like a flat tire. Or if you did enough lines of tape perpendicular to the road, it would make the car sound like a tank...and when people would leave their cars in idle, we would sneak up behind the cars and tape strings of beer cans to the back of their car...
Oh and cling wrap wrapped from tree to tree across the street makes it look like a glas panel. Cars skid to a stop and we laugh. Or homeless people ride their bikes through it and fall and drop all their cans.
Sounds mean but it's pretty funny.
