Informing and claiming are two different things my wise friend=)
And at the time I did boast with my ego, It was arguable that I was the best "dueler" then. Certainly not the best field pvper.
I improved vastly in field pvp under UDL on siege. LoD definately started my field and group pvp training though. I thank people such as Carnage and Obidiah for teach me the importance of cross healing and no tunnel vision back then.=)
Now when I left Baja, Id definately say I had fallen from a top dueler status down to lower top 10.
I think Damascus prolly was the most improved PvPer of that time, and maybe the best dueler. Dalun was pretty good too.

All in all bragging was just part of the game.
Some people got so worked up about it it was too fun to stop.

I can only assume so since you credited that fuckin noob Dalun as being a leet pvper. Dalun was a turd back in the day and I schooled him then and again later when he appeared back on Baja under whatever stupid name he came up with that I forgot.
As for Damascus, he was all connection son! I didn't beat him many times, but it happened once in a while, and it was his 10ms ping vs my 250-400 so eat it! <img src="/~stretch/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />
