if they're at the border couldn't they just take 2 seconds per row to walk across <img src="/~stretch/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" /> they're all next to each other. so take the length of the border divide it by about 3 feet apart with about 1 feet body width (total 5) per person. however many people per row giving 2 seconds for the first row 4 seconds for the next and 6 seconds for the next row adding 2 seconds from last amount of time to next row behind you'll get the answer. or something like that.
