If the entire population of China stood at the border of Russia (entire length of Russian/Chinese border), 3 feet apart in lines, armed with forks, and marched forward at 2 mph (a casual pace), how long would it take for the last chinese person to cross the border?

that chinese are 1/3 of the earths population (and roughly earths population is hovering at about 6 billion), they wont need to walk across the border because they will already circle the earth.
china has 2 billion people, and considering that they are 3 ft apart, that would be 6 billion feet.
Since the circumfrence of the earth is 40,023,890 meters, that would translate into 120,071,670 ft. So that would mean that those chinks would wrap around the earth 50x even before they started moving across the border.
this whole riddle may be a farce, because you said they were holding forks. Everyone knows that chinese people dont use forks.

the answer has to do something about either the following:
a) forks not being used by chinamen
b) How long is/could be the name of the last guy...

" how long would it take for the last chinese person to cross the border? "
This is where I think the riddle is. There are millions of Chinese people living around the world, not all In China persay. I would say a long long time =(.

The answer is never. The population growth in China is such that the ranks would fill up at approximately the same rate (a bit higher), so you would have a never ending stream crossing the border.
