Since UO is all but dead, I let up on the ban a bit. Hell, he even has a registered name again. I think the point is clear though, that if he makes any bullshit posts like he did in the past, I can erase his entire existance on these forums with a few button pushes.
As long as he keeps it to driving trucks in congo, smoking weed and hating people I guess its ok.
Once it goes back to making threats or bagging on the USA or US soldiers, then its button pushing time again.
