There are 2 individuals
One that used a "stolen" paypal account
and the other that just happen to be the poor bastard that owned the paypal accont.
I have all the info (verified info) for the guy who claims he did not authorize the purchase with his account. I have SOME of the info for the guy who "stole" the paypal account.
At 1st glance it looked as if the guy who actually owned the paypal account was the scammer, but after talking to him and looking over his shit, I am *almost* sure it's this shmuck in NYNY.
And, the ONLY reason I have any information on the actual "thief" is because he is a moron. If he was smart I would be clueless.
Nevertheless, Paypal is doing the investigation and shit, and the guy who OWNs the paypal account that sent the money has already filed a police report and blahblahblah, which means really all I SHOULD do is wait. (Actually, I shouldn't do anything, it wasn't my item or money. But I get off on this shit <img src="/~stretch/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> ).
I forget that because I know all this info that it might not make sence when I just talk/write about it. Hope that's clear.

Well, according to Paypal.
Their staff gave me two different stories.
1. We will go after, and prosecute this person ourselves, and take the money that we fine him for and return what he took from you to your paypal account.
2. We will go after, and prosecute this person yourself, we don't know about you, but you're screwed. We'll let you know this persons information so you can press charges against him, once you file with the IFCC and the FBI.
Basically I pretty much knew it would end up as number 2. The sad fucking part of this whole ordeal is the fact that Paypal is a MEMBER OF THE BETTER BUSINESSES BUREAU!
