Pretty sure everyone has had a bad time with any cell company you can possibly think of. Verizon is the shittiest service I have ever had the pleasure of disconnecting. Cell phones are overrated and cause to many accidents from stupid idiots. Most states are in the process of trying to pass laws about the use of cell phones and driving, I'm with Bal on this one unless I really need one or my work pays for me to have one I won't bother with it.
