I phone them about 2x a month, politely asking them to fix it and they always say, yes sir! lol.
FYI here's another little scam they pull. Ok so if you have to pay a deposit to get your phone, and like 89% of the people do i believe. then you have a $120 limit on your bill. If your bill reaches over 120 bucks then your phone gets shut off until you get below 120 bucks, and it's like 5 bucks to turn it back on.
This is what they do, you go over your minuets and it's l 49 cents a min, that adds up quickly. so say your bill reaches 138 bucks, bam your phones off, they say oh just pay 19 dollars to bring it under, brining it to 119 bucks, 1 dollar under. They usually don't bother to tell you that you've gone over your min, talk for 5 more min on your phone, bam off again 5 more bucks they make.
ALSO!!! the whole 120 limit, also they bill your account at the BEGINING of the month on your plan, so say you own them the average 70 bucks a month, and you don't plan on paying till the middle of the month, well tough shit for you because the next months bill has been added, BAM 140 bucks on your account, phones off, 5 bucks to turn it on, now imagine you have 20,000+ people having that happen to them a day, not bad cash eh?
