if you weren't doing anything wrong I would have waited for the cops to show up.. I had panasonic not give me a refun don a shitty mp3 player i bought from them 3 years ago, took they 13 monthes to pay me back and i sent them a bill for my cell hpone (cuz i lived in a fraternity house and had no land line to be put on hold) and that bill was 600 dollars and told them I would seek further damages in court if need be.
Shortly there after I recieve a check labeled "Reimbursement for cell phone" and no refund for my panasonic, a family friend told me this was a method of slowing down the payback and they could now show they were "trying to pay me back".
luckily they sent me a ~300 check(for th ebusted mp3 player) and in the memo it said "striving for customer service".
