PayPal did the exact same thing to me when I sold my account for $650. The only difference was that I transferred the cash to my account. 2 days later I got a email from them telling my to send them a tranfer back for $663. I then blocked them from my account. No bad crdit or anything has even come from it. PayPal is a joke... the people riipping it off must be making alot of cash.

Now paypal tells me the person sending the payment rejected it, and is reporting somone with unauthorized use, fraudulent funds.
I'm never going to deal with paypal and eBay again.

I'll never use either of them again, if one should claim responsibility, it will be Paypal. My accounts are gone, and sold, so paypal better pay up.
Paypal gave me the confirmation of money first, I accepted the payment, and immediately withdrew the funds. I then gave the person the 4 accounts, and gave him positive feedback on eBay. The very next day right before the initial withdraw into my bank account, paypal pulls it.
Well, I've already delivered the product. These fucking idiots host online game shit, yet they're too dumb to realize that I am shipping a virtual item, and they ask stuipid questions like "whats the tracking number of the item you shipped."
My newly downloaded ICQ doesn't save chat logs, so I got fucked there.

1) ICQ Logs are inadmisible in court - so you are fucked
2) Paypal lists potential payers as "reputable" through some verification system, you bear all the risks in any transition you do - so you are fucked
3) your best recourse is to well...since you are a douche you can figure it out.....

I use PayPal daily, infact its how I make a living, their cust service is usualy very helpful and the hold time is at max 5 min, just press 0, then another 0 to goto an operator, hopes this helps gl.

You guys are funny. Let me help you. I have about a ebay rating of 500 and paypal rating of 200. This is how you use paypal/ebay.
A) Whenever your selling intangeable goods AKA UO account DAOC account SB account. You sent out something through fedex. I use a letter that states the account name/pw. This gives me backup and makes the good tangiable. When someone files a compliant via paypal they ask for shipping #. This gives me the shipping # so they can't recall the money.
B) I don't really use paypal for any payments over 350.00 for this reason also. Use western union. They pay the fee's and you get cold hard cash. Always get all personal information always.
C) I am sorry you guys got fucked:( Make sure when you are dealing with alot of money you know the in's and outs. I can help anyone who wants to know more info.
