ModTracker mixes with pure code, the code is customizable, by speed, and tempo changes. Samples can be customized, panned, pitched, and filtered. I don't think anyone can complain about ModTracker, unless they're a complete newbie.
It may become a bit of a hassle if you require the use of + and - octaves, but a good wave editing software like Cool edit pro can fix all of that.
I think Modtracker is the coolest of all of them, but may require a lot of time to learn how to use it.
Mod Tracker has NO LIMITS.
