I will continue advertising IPY. Why? Because it is fun. You have all heard of player run shards being lame and all, well you are right. They are all lame. Although IPY has made a break through and is fucking fun. (over 1k players) So please flame on, talk shit, but in the meantime I'll be on IPY PvP'n my ass off without any of your guys help. Also there is a fake LoD formed and is talking mad shit, but I know no one cares. So as Kasp would say Ta-ta.

But it's the fact of the matter that all the work you invest will wiped sooner or later. Player run servers are expensive to keep running and without MANY donations, the shard falls.
Plus, three jackasses running the shard and it's already been wiped.
UO was cool, 5 years ago. It blows now.
But hey, what do I know?

they hadn't wiped my 6x mage and large smithy that I worked for a month for... just proves what I've always said about player run shards
they're not worth investing time into because you have no garauntee that it will still be around tomorrow

Stretch I have been beta testing, and Rainman has done an excellent job and it is the best/closest if not even better balanced pvp Ive played since the 90's, but it's about player base. Seems like everyone, but LoD have even tried it out other than, "Oh my shit will got deleted, fuck that I quit." or whatever lame ass excuesses like, "Oh, the insta hit system is fucked and ther guys that are running it are newbies." There's a reason why they have the playerbase, but that's fine lets all sit back and pray another 2 years about some POS 3d game that will come out and dissapoint us.
Anyways, I guess it's what floats your boat. I just wish more of my LoD friends like you would at least attempt to have fun and pk/steal/guild fight/ again.

we had that boat and shit...and then they wiped us i wasl ike omfg cause I was a pirate. The reason they have the player base is b/c its www.wtfman.com Im sure if ATC made a server and it was good you would have loads of fuckers playing it as well.

There is no such thing as "Insta-hit" archery.
I have better things to do then try to chase people down with a hally in a circling fight, as they keep pulling out the bow and insta-hitting, while I can't even get a hit on them.
