My country is just more then a set of political and social ideals, it's my family, friends, and society in general. I owe everyone I know something.
Think of it this way. You probably have a friend who you'd back in a fight no matter what. Even if you're gona be fighting 8 people to just you 2, you're loyal enough to throw down with the guy whatever the odds, and whether hes right or wrong. Now just take that a step further. You'd back up your family right? More then one friend you'd stand with?
It's hard to explain. To me it's just a mindset that I'm grateful for every opportunity I've been given, and I'm proud to live in the country I do, and I want to give something back. I've always been interested in the military, and recently, I just put 2 and 2 together.
